Who am I?

I am your Coach.

I experienced the same or similar life circumstances as you, I lived life with these limiting beliefs, same as you. I am a winner in particular life circumstances and an experienced person in this segment of life. I am willing to help you guide and support you to get out of your limiting beliefs.

I've always had a passion to help people and animals. Knowing that my action contributed to making someone's day better and causing them to smile makes me feel better.
There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help someone better their life.

​Using alternative methods to help my body heal itself and reach desired results, I decided to study it more closely becoming inspired to help others reach their goals. On my learning journey, I learn and get certified in Feng Shui, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Energy Psychology with education in EFT, TAT, and many more, The Emotion Code, Ho'oponopono, TFT, Reiki I, II and III, Reiki Teacher, Meditation Teacher, self-learning and well self-educating with practicing more than 15 years Macrobiotic and QiGong.
Accumulating over 30 years of experience in this field, I decided to help others learn more about how they can help themself.

I am passionate about helping others and very thorough in seeking solutions to a snag that can sometimes show up in our lives. It is that passion that breaks through the barriers and creates positive results.
